“Organizational models Leg. Dec. 231/2001: from regulatory novelty to Management Tool”

Consulgroup, in association with Fondazione Forense of Pesaro, is organizing a workshop on “Modelli Organizzativi D.lgs 231/2001: da novità normativa a Strumento Gestionale” (Organizational models Leg. Dec. 231/2001: from regulatory novelty to Management Tool) on 21^st September 2015.
The purpose of the conference is to provide an overview of the decree and its evolution and to explain how to build organizational models 231 with reference to a real case of implementation. In addition to Consulgroup, which will share its own experience, Prof. Carlo Piergallini, Full Professor of Criminal Law at Macerata University and Lawyer Roberta Penna, a member of Supervisory Body Multiservizi SpA., will also address the conference.

The event is accredited to Fondazione Forense di Pesaro and assigns training credit units to the participants enrolled in the Bar association.
