Challenge

The Client is a global leader in high design furniture and padded leather furniture. In such a fragmented sector, to create a large industrial group by combining the world’s biggest designer labels proved a great challenge.

Intervention

A take-over plan is finalized in association with an important Private Equity Fund in the luxury sector, which in four years would lead to the integration of six prestigious design brands; a three-year industrial plan is also defined to develop the worldwide sales presence of the Group.

  • Reorganization of Business Units.
  • Redefinition of market Areas and distributive rationalization of the brands.
  • Restructuring of sales organization.

 

Results

The Group’s turnover is now 300 million Euro and it holds a 5% share of the world’s high end luxury furnishing market.
