October 2010 – Consulgroup is appointed, as Agent, to manage relations between a company in the furnishing sector and a bank consortium in the scope of a restructuring agreement entered into between the Parties on the basis of a recovery Plan certified according to art. 67 par. 3, letter d), Royal Decree 16 March 1942 n°. 267. Furthermore, in the context of the aforementioned recovery Plan, Consulgroup has taken on the role of Advisor with the task of working alongside the company in accomplishing the interventions foreseen in the Plan.
